FAQs
Can I bring a plus one?
We enclosed an RSVP card inside each invitation, including “and guest” in the case of a plus one. If you’re not sure, please reach out to Heather or Tanner directly.
Can I stay at a different hotel, or with a friend?
Of course! We suggest staying near the blocked hotels if you’d like to catch the guest shuttle to/from our venue in Middleton on Saturday.
What’s the transportation situation for wedding events?
There’s no transportation arranged for the happy hour on Friday because it’s a drop-by event within walking distance from the blocked hotels.
For the big day (Saturday), shuttles will transport guests from the blocked hotels in Madison to our ceremony in Middleton and then back to town for the reception. After the reception, you’re welcome to join us for bar-hopping in the neighborhood, or catch a ride home via Uber or public transit.
Are kids welcome to join in the wedding festivities?
Yes! Please include kiddos in your RSVP form so we have an accurate head count.
What should I wear?
For Friday’s happy hour, cocktail or smart casual is great. For Saturday: formal but fun! The bride will be wearing white, so colorful dresses and patterns are encouraged for ladies; suits or nice button-ups for men.
What kind of food will be served at the wedding?
After the ceremony on Saturday, we’ll have a happy hour with beer, wine, and light bites followed by a family-style pizza party—and cake, of course. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies in your party, please let us know in your RSVP; we don’t want anyone to go hungry!
